Replacing uvb light

Hello!

I have Arcadia pro t5 uvb light 12% 24w for chippie right now, but I went to the pet store to grab a replacement bulb cause it’s over 6-12 months now and they tell me that Arcadia has been banned?? I’m in Canada right now, what other brands do you guys suggest?

Also, Arcadia tubes last for years when used for a few hours mid day as they should be. If you have it on 12+ hours a day, the UV output might be dropping some. A meter will tell you where you stand.

The ZooMed one is fine too, but it makes a little less UV than the 12% Arcadia.

I couldn’t find any Arcadia products in any pet smart anymore, staff said it’s banned outside the US and I tried finding Amazon they only have the whole kit, not the bulb itself…
