Why is there no such thing as a reptile space heater? I know incubators for chickens have a similar heat element/systems to a space heater and usually a fan to circulate the air. Humidity doesn’t hurt or damage those heaters/fans. So why isn’t there a mountable in-tank space heater or miniature space heater that would use ducts for reptiles. Wouldn’t that solve the ambient heat problems that happen to some keepers? Possible even make it easier to keep the humidity up in closed chamber setups.. maybe it’s just the crazy chicken lady in me but I would think “large incubator” would be perfect for sulcata and leopard tortoise hatchlings. Does anyone think this is possible or has anyone ever tried a similar system or setup? Am I totally nuts lol.

I've always had good luck heating with the lights and radiant heat panels.
