THis rescue just came in but i am at a toss up as to what kind of tort we have ...the owner had no idea maybe someone here can help me ...

Russian, and the tail I can't see well so gender for me anyways is undetermined.

Russian for sure, no doubts, and looks to be male. Also was captive bred, and not raised very well.
