I saw a thought to be 2 year old Sulcata in pet store who they rescued from a family whos kids were responsible for it. They stated the mother said it didnt get fed well or regularly, and the tortoises skin was dyed orangish/pink from colored play sand it lived on. It was thriving in warm enviroment and eating well. Just obviously undersized at 2 years old. It looked about the size of a 6 month old. The tort was soaked and the staff stated the skin coloring hasnt come off so far.
So my question is....i have two baby leopards 5 and 9 months old. In the future can sulcatas and leopards be housed in an outdoor enviroment when they reach that age?? Or should they always be separate? I am evaluating whether or not I could easily house two breeds if I decide to rescue it. Thoughts??
