Respiratory Infection

I just found my baby box turtle upside down in his water dish! Does this mean he will get a respiratory infection? Is there anyway to stop it? Please help!!!

Not necessarily. Just be sure to keep him warm...a little warmer than usual. Hopefully he held his breath and didn't breathe in any water into his lungs.
