Rocks in substrate.

I changed my tortoises bedding to the tighly packed coconut coir fiber that expands. And I found a rock in it! I don't want him to be around rocks because I'm scared he will eat them and have a blockage. Has anyone else found rocks? Or was it just a rare occurrence ?

It was the reptile bedding. The one that comes in the tightly packed bricks. But it sounds like its a rare occurrence which I'm really happy about!
