rules for selling?

I have looked all over, guess I am missing it. I am trying to find the rules/guidelines required to post a for sale ad. I posted one and then got a notice it had been removed. I am trying to find out why, so I can comply with the rules.

You have to have made atleast 100 messages on here before you can sell stuff. It's to encourage new members to participate and prevent scammers.
