Running nose for hot and dry weather...

can stars have runny nose once a while due to hot and dry conditions???

It can also be caused by stress. How many stars do you have?

What are your over night lows? How are you housing the tortoise?

I have two.... n lowest temperature in night is 29-30 degree Celsius

Are they indoors?
Is there a basking lamp for them to warm up to 37C during the day?
Are they living together or in separate enclosures?

during day the temperature here ranges from 35-42 degree Celsius.... I generally take them out everyday for basking when the temperature is 37-38 degree Celsius for about 30-45 mins

yes they indoor n in same enclosure.... the enclosure size is about 3 feet by 5 feet provided along with a hide... it's a wooden enclosure
