Runny nose not moving gooey poop

My russian desert tortoise is 4 she is usually very active but in the last 2 weeks she has barly been moving not opening her eyes and not eating. She had had gooey white stuff almost like jello comin out of her. She also has had a runny nose and her mouth is tender and has been making sneezing noises and has had wet skin. I have soaked her in warm water and a heat light on her. What do I do? It's only getting worse!

Hi Bugbaker13, and welcome to the Forum!

Your tortoise needs to be taken to a tortoise-knowledgeable vet. It sounds like she is very sick, and needs antibiotics.

In the meantime, put her in a smaller, hospital tank and warm it up to about 85F overall. You can soak her in warm water daily with a light positioned over the tub to keep it warm, but take care not to cook her.

Don't take too long to get her to a vet, because you could lose her.
