It sounds to me like your best plan of action is to grow your own grassed area, maybe with clover in it too, this will give you ample supply of food, then you can add what ever you can get from the grocery store to mix up the diet a bit.

I think all are okay in moderation as part of a balanced diet, they're just varieties of the same thing.

Kale is also sometimes sold as 'Spring greens' or 'collard greens'. Check the packet.

I doubt it, but check the packaging, spring mix seems to be mostly varieties of lettuce but they bung in other things too.

ive seen tortoises eat it but i dont know about it nutrients .... the hibiscus i get are from trees????? when i googled them they were an actual plant

However, many members on here do feed Leopards hibiscus if I recall correctly.
But get the right ones.

Could i use wet sponges instead of moss for my humid hide? im trying to prevent as much pyramiding as possible

I certainly wouldn't use artificial sponges myself as i would be worried about the tortoise eating them.
Natural sponges ? No idea, i'm afraid.
