Today we had a random beautiful sunny day here in the Pacific Northwest. Shade temps were only around 50 degrees F, but the sunny spot measured at 70, so I went ahead and took the 5 torts outside into the 'real' sun for about half an hour. They had a ball!

Here is little Jill, enjoying some sun. I'll post more pics on my blog this evening.

Wow, what a great compliment! Little Jill is blushing!

Amazingly, no, not CB to my knowledge. Jill and her tank mate were both most likely wild caught, maybe farm-raised. Their 'old' owner bought them at Petco when barely 4 inches, and you just never can know for sure where they came from. They have had 3-4 years of care since then, though, with good food, UVB, and frequent soaks and misting.
