Russian tort lighting

is this light ok for my russian tort? Ive heard it can hurt their eyes, and i certainly dont want that. Ive had a zilla fluorescent light for years but wanted to get him a new one... thanks for the help ☺

No. Some of those curly-shaped bulbs burn tortoises' eyes. You can use either one of these two types:

Ok great, thank you. Now is the powersun for heat and uvb/uva or just heat? I have a heat lamp already and was just in need of the uvb/uva.
