Russian Tortoise Ate Azalea Flower

Hello,
I posted earlier saying my tortoise was possibly poisoned. I have confirmed the flower I gave him was an Azalea and it's highly posinous. He was foaming at the mouth and has eaten anything I'm about 24 hours. This morning he puked up some of the flower. I have been soaking him for about 15 minutes every 2 hours. Is there anything else I can do for him. Any help or criticism is highly appreciated.
