Russian Tortoise Eyes! Help!

No snot. He's been a bit more sluggish than usual but I haven't noticed any change in his eating

The sluggishness could just be because it’s winter and he’s trying to hibernate, but I’m not sure what the eyes are.

However, your enclosure, diet, and lighting need immediate change, because in my opinion, that’s most likely what’s causing it.

Please read those links, then come back and ask all the questions you want. Pet stores, specially PetSmart, do not give you the correct info. They give you very outdated stuff. They are also in it to sell and usually sell you things you don’t need and things that can hurt you tort. We just want to help. We have many people that raise Russian torts here, and for years. Good luck and don’t be afraid to ask questions and make changes. Thanks and Welcome to the forum
