Mary says "hi" ~ she's trying to get the courage up to go down the rabbit.. er......... tortoise hole herself. We would like to see below and retrieve the temp. probe and figure out why it isn't sending data. RV is spending all her time above ground - right now she's on the patio in the shade sleeping. Nights are in her tortoise home. She is happy. And we are too.

At well over 80 pounds, it is they that fear her...especially if they try to infiltrate her burrow

well, she's in the middle of south phoenix, behind cinder block fence. Once she got past the stage where the birds could carry her off, we knew we didn't have to worry much. Human predators are a slim worry, but we don't advertise her presence...
