Looks like sunflower and brown mustard plant. The sunflower should be given in moderation, and the brown mustard is fine.

Make sure you collect from pesticide free zones.

I'm not sure of the first one, but I do agree that is at least resembles a sunflower type. Uproot a whole bush of one of those and take it to a local plant nursery for positive ID.

The second one is indeed our wild mustard. I mix some of the leaves and blooms into my food bucket from time to time. They can eat it, but they don't seem to like it much. It will persist well into June when all the other weeds have dried up and died. My bees love the flowers.
