Those look like Inky Caps in one of the later stages of decomposition. They are fine for humans to eat, but they dissolve within a few hours of opening anyways.

Agreed. Just to add, not all inky caps are edible. All of these were once in the genus Coprinus, but many have been re-classified into alternate genera. I believe there are now 3-4 genera representing mushrooms with caps that disintegrate.
I wouldn't worry too much about them, but if you are concerned, just pluck 'em out.
