That guy should not have been out on the street. You cross the line more then one time, I think you should be done for good. Too many criminals getting too many chances. I also think they should find a different way to rope off turtle nest so it's not so obvious where they are. Thanks for sharing, hope they keep the guy for good this time, he's a waist of space and air.
