I have 2 young sulcata torts i was told you cant tell there sex till they are older is this true? And if its not how can i tell??

General size is around 14+ inches to be certain. Can be done much smaller but sometimes its always a guess even with some that size. Show us some pics and we will let you know what's the best guess of them.
