New Three-toed boxie is finally here. Meet Rio. She is about 25 yrs old. After her soak she went out to meet the others. she immediately found a log to hide under.

Congrats. However, you should be quarantining her from any of your others for 3-6 months. At least I took it you weren't when you said she went out to meet the others. Just hope all goes well if they are all together.

I would highly highly recommend a quarantine. I can Not urge this enough. compared to very expensive vet bills and possible death of your turtles it's such a small price it seems almost foolish not to do it.

Nice little boxie. Box turtles are my favorite. They just all have their own little personality. Also very smart for a turtle brain lol

It's hard to blame you after all the drama and trauma you've been through. I tend to make emotional decisions like that too. I am rooting for you and Rio in your group 100% and will pray for good joojoo. You deserve a break Girl
