Shell dent

Help... my tortoise seem to have two small dents on his side... what do I do? Seems only on one side

That looks like normal shell texture and variation to me. There is no disease or care issue that would cause shell dents.

Those scutes are most likely just "wrinkled" from the way the tortoise was positioned in its egg. The shell has very probably been like that since the tortoise hatched and you have just now noticed it.

Nothing needs to be done. In a few years, those spots will most likely be extremely hard to notice if not totally gone (assuming the tortoise has proper care in the meantime).

Looks normal, proper lighting and humidity should help straighten your tortoise’s shell out.
