shell rott help

I just got a golden greek from the guy I know and I found out that he has shell rott of the bottom shell. I was wondering if anyone had any tricks or advice they would be willing to give me. Thanks.

We would really need to see a picture of his plastron, to give you the best advice as to what to do.
