Does any1 know of any oils or creams you can put on the shell to keep it healthy ?

You don't need to put anything on at all. The secret to a healthy shell is diet and humidity.... and baths to remove the muck when they've been digging. No potions and lotions necessary. Save your money.

You can use tetra's Vita Shell, not sure if it works, but makes it shiny and look nice
