I'm writing from Italy, with "my English", a special kind of language... sorry for mistakes.
I need to chip my biggest hermanni tortoises.
The fact is that in Italy we generally use big chips, the same for cats and dogs. Sometimes there are health problems because of them.
Recently I've bought a young marginata, from Spain, with a very small chip.
I asked to the seller where I could find it, but he tryed to sell me the chips himself (12 euros each one... are made of diamonds??).
In Italy there's an association that bought a big quantity of them and is trying to distribute the chips.
My vet said that they can buy a big quantity from the producer and use them now and in the future... but they can't find who is the seller!!!
Can you help me?
