For the girls.. And I find it ironic that I'm actually planting weeds and hoping they grow....

Is milk weed safe for them to eat... I got lots of that growing (apparently it hitched a ride on my mulch I just put down)...

That is all.. Amazing what you'll do for your 'kids'

I'm not sure where you are in the world, but the milkweeds of northeast North America are generally quite toxic. They use latex and cardiac glycosides as secondary defense compounds - pretty bad stuff that's toxic to most vertebrates.

I don't know what species you have, but I wouldn't offer any to your tortoises.

I like in Arizona. I'm going to have to double check to ensure my uninvited guests actually are. Not a big deal, doing my landscaping over the summer only tried to kill me... Stupid weeds.
