Soak Day...

I decided to give the torts a nice soak and get there measurements during the process..

Vegas.. 37.8 lbs and 20 inches long

Honey... 761 grams and 6.5 inches long

Tejas... 239 grams and 4 inches long

Wow! What a nice looking trio! Those pictures made me think of so many things!... I thought the caption under the 2nd one was going to be "Honey... I shrunk the kids". They remind me of those toys that you put in water & they grow... but in reverse!

I am gonna say its the Mazuri. Vegas weighed 24 pounds before we started feeding him Mazuri in April of this year so he has had some serious growth since then.. He will be 6 years old in a month.

Tejas is 9 months, his growth slowed down when he went outside 24/7...

Mine slowed down too with the 24/7 outdoor routine too. They still eat like pigs though...

Thats good to know that happens when they go outside, Tejas still eats like a pig also, guess the growth spurt might happen one of theses months ...

I am okay with the slow growth, I was having so many issues with the humidity when he was inside...
