Given the way most sulcatas are started, it is not all that unusual for one to be small like that after a year. Just give her the best care you can and keep her warm and hydrated. If you ever buy another one, make sure it hasn't been subjected to the dry routine when it hatched.

OK!! She weighs 61.5 grams... and she is 3 inches long i measured her on her side is that how you measure her? Is this a good weight and height the guy i got her from said shes a year old and she had LOTS of brothers and sisters and they all look about the same size? I orderd her a cuttlebone and some prickley pear cactus! Do any of your torts like the bone or the cactus?

Cute climbing pic. Are you planning to get substrate? It'd be nice if she had a place to burrow. Keep the humidity and heat up too! :shy:
