Hello:
Quick BG... We have a star, and she lives in two wooden habs we have end-to-end. We live in Utah, which has about 10% RH and in winter less.... so VERY dry. We try to keep her moist, but anything above 50% is IMPOSSIBLE.
We have a new enclosure being built by Mark.... but that takes time.

In the interim, we ordered

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B099DRM5CN/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20

and it arrived yesterday.
Man this thing has a smell of plastic.... not too strong but it is there.

But our TORT immediately reacted.... so we took it right off...

So we are going to wash it out with OxyClean and/or Dawn, but thought we'd post here for any ideas advice...

Thanks to ALL the help we have gotten here!

I bought one too, but it's a different design, but same material. It loses it's smell after it's been opened up a while. Mine has been sitting on the floor in my reptile room, all unfolded, for a couple weeks while I try to muster up the energy to put it together (metal pipes have to be pressed together). It hardly smells at all now.
