It’s the same thing as fine grade orchid bark, so yes, but it’s much more expensive in large amounts.

Yes, reptibark is probably the best for Sulcatas as they thrive in humidity, which reptibark holds in well. However like said above, reptibark is made of fir/orchid bark which you can find at your local garden centre and is the cheaper option (just make sure it is 100% fir or orchid bark).
