Are there any turtles that could be kept in a 10 gallon tank? I know that's pretty small but I have no idea how big some water turtles get, etc. I also have one that's probably about 20gallons, but long.
Hi Tyanna, I'm not stalking you today... I swear!I don't mean to be an advertisement for a corporate chain petstore, but I wanted to let you know that usually every summer "Petco" (not petsmart!) has a $1 a gallon tank sale. In other words: for every gallon the tank is, it only costs a dollar. I got a huge 60 gallon fish tank for my fish for only $60. The most expensive thing you'd buy would probably be the filter. And < MAN!>, I love Wellington's post about a turtle pond! That is some happy reptile living!
You can also get a stock tank at tractor supply company. They are lighter than glass, so they're easier to move, & unbreakable.
What price would you put on those? I used to work at CNH, maybe I could pull some strings and they can find one for me.
