The temperature directly under my Herman’s tortoise is 38 degrees Celsius and 100 Fahrenheit. Just wondering is this okay or to high. It is in indoor And is in a tortoise table so it is open top.

The temperature u der you basking lamp needs to be between 35 and 37C /

It‘s right at the top end of OK
