The ideal enclosure

I am getting a 8 foot by 4 foot by 4 foot enclosure i am hoping to use a mix of coconut fiber and repti chip as substrate what should I put in the enclosure to make it as ideal as possible for my russian tortoise .

Essentially you want some hides/plants, you could have some different textures in there like large flat rocks sitting flush with the substrate, a clay saucer for water, try to create some visual barriers with the hides or some plants
