Thermostat for heat lamp

Can anyone recommend a good thermostat to buy for controlling the heat lamp for Charlie's table? Don't know where to start really.

I wouldn't use a thermostat on a heat lamp. Adjust the height of the fixture to get the basking temp want for your tortoise.

Thermostats are typically used to control ambient temps.

I use rheostats or lamp dimmers to control heat lamps. I find it much easier than moving the fixture up and down.
