These vegetables is good for tortoise?

I need some helps for feeding tortoises.
Can i feed these for my tortoises?
1. Cabbage leaves

2. Chinese cabbage

Ps. I feed my tortoise 2 meal a day
First meal : grass
Second meal : vegetable

As a generalisation

1. cabbage is high in goitrogens which affect the thyroid, liver & kidneys and should be avoided

2. Chinese cabbage may be fed in moderation but should not form the majority of the diet

I wouldn't feed any cabbage and you also need to feed a lot bigger variety then you listed. A good properly cared for tortoise is all that's needed to have it reach egg laying stage. Lots of room, well hydrated and proper diet.
