Thoughts on enclosure decor

So not too long ago I put a little batman figurine inside of Belthasar's enclosure just to see how she'll react. Turns out I think she likes it, as I've caught her napping next to it fairly frequently.

So my friends and I were talking about a possible theme and decided to get more decoration to turn her enclosure into a batcave! So those of you not terribly familiar with Batman's cave, it has a huge T. rex and an oversized penny as two of the classic decorations. If i put in a 4 inch tall (a little more than an inch taller than her) T. rex figurine in there, do you think it would spook her in any way? Thoughts? Recommendations for furthering the batcave theme?

I'd be concerned about anything made of plastic and of a size that can be eaten.
I mean, since the ornaments are for your amusement. The tortoise couldn't care less. I would take it out.
I have used balls before. For a tortoise that size, I'd try a golf ball. It's too big to swallow and too hard to bite and some tortoises will push a ball around.

You need to be really careful with colourful objects. Torts have outstanding colour vision, but not necessarily the brain power to go with it. Red and yellow are particularly attractive to them - I've watched Joe try to eat red circles printed on a newspaper!

Yeah I've definitely considered the potential of her eating something. The size of the decor would definitely be proportionately larger than her. Although at first she did try to nibble on batman until giving up and pushing him over.
The color of the penny might be difficult then. I imagine the copper color would be harsh on her vision. Damn.
