Tiny Has A Scratch

Hey Guys, our red legged tortoise seems to be having an issue. He scratched himself on the side of the head right below the ear. It looked like it was healing but seems to have a small opening still there. Any thought?? How do I treat it? It is not swollen or leaking fluids (looks dry). Doesn't seem to hurt him.

No infection and is healing, I would leave it along and just watch it.
