Tony and Newman video

I was wondering if anyone else has seen the video on YouTube with Tony, the human, and Newman, the Sulcata? Tony says that he takes Newman on a 2 mile walk around the neighborhood 3 times a week. Does anyone else do this? Seems like it would take a while but what a fun way to get some exercise for you and your sully.

I love that video. I was wondering too if Newman was just special or if there are others who "walk" their Sulcatas. I don't have one yet though I am very close to getting one. I just want to do a little more research.

If you look at 1:01 you see a bone shaped dog tag thing on his shell for ID purposes. I wonder how he got it to stay on? Any ideas?

I was reading some of the comments on the video and someone asked him about the dog tag. He said he uses aquarium silicone b/c it's non toxic and it will stretch as the tort grows instead of just falling off. Great idea!!

Sort, he darn keyboard on my phone sometimes inputs words that aren't what I typed. My ginormus fish is a Red Bellied Pacu. Thanks for catching that.
