Can I get a day light for my leopard gecko? I want to have a white or blue bulb for her but iv heard that it can cause them to go blind. Is tht true?

A regular incandescent bulb will not blind your gecko.

It will not blind your gecko. It may or may not stress your geck out though. Particularly if you use a high wattage bulb. And albinos are sensitive to light. I myself use the black night glo bulbs for my leo enclosure.

Yah I usually use a red light but then I can never see the true beauty of my Leo. So I really want to get a low wattage blue or white bulb. Thx for the input!!

What about a heat pad and just use the lighting in the room
