Hello, I would like to ask if it's normal to have insect in my sully's enclosure? I been thinking to put some ladybugs inside. Would the ladybugs bother my sully and do you think Penny would eat them. Mostly the insects look like aphids. Do you guys experience the same thing?

Yes, the buggers are normal...they are trying to clean up and through the soil....instead of lady bugs (well, uh--they have wings ..lol) you can use the rolly polly bugs instead.....they are harmless, just annoying to us...:D

rolly polly bugs are pill bugs. many people put them in their enclosures (even indoor ones) to clean up their tortoises scraps. theyre pretty small. ImageUploadedByTortForum1380518520.308584.jpg

Hunt around in your yard....pick up rocks and stuff in damp places..you will eventually score some...and worms do good too...put some of each in there...you can start your own productive eco system..

Hermit Crabs in the tortoise enclosure??? What do they do for you in the enclosure?? I never heard of them going into the torts enclosure. I would think they would hurt them. Right? I think I might just do worms I don't know about those other bugs you guys are talking about LOL... I'm SOOOOOO not a bug person. So I can deal with worms but not those others I don't think :p
