Tortoise dead

My sons tortoise is unresponsive. Not sure when the last time I seen it moving the eyes look like they are no longer there like it may have been dead some time but it is not stiff the head is limp I’m sure it ate it’s food 3/4 days ago tank is warm and it was last in the bath 5/6 days ago

He lives in a 4ft vivarium using straw bedding
