What do you recommend as a tortoise enclosure for Indian star?

I am looking to purchase me a hatchling one I find a reputable seller. I am looking to recommendations on a closed enclosure like you said and a reputable seller if you have any suggestions

I pretty much don't ship tortoises anymore. The 10,000 photos sought, wife permission, and the biggy - my anxiety while the tortoise is in transit.
