Tortoise identification help

Could someone help me identify the tortoise find on the attached pictures? I am interested whether it can hibernate, or not. I suppose it is a T. graeca ibera, but I am really not sure...

It's a Greek tortoise for sure and appears to be T. g. ibera of mixed origin.
