she should not be selling things she donest know about.. yes, you both could get in big trouble with high Fines... so she needs to know...

I believe if you are going to keep the little beauty then maybe not bringing anything up with her is a good idea.....

However, I am also one that believes that some one should examine her tortoise to see if it is indeed a male or female so she is better prepared if she does have a female....and if she does not have a female for sure then wow she certainly did have a special trespasser....
