Deciding which bulbs and substrate to use, what fixtures fit which bulb, best ways to monitor temperature and humidity, what a "timer" is, etc. can be confusing, so I compiled this Amazon wish list. It should be used only after reading FAQ and care sheets.

Many items can be found cheaper at hardware stores/pet stores, but this at least puts pictures and names to useful items.

I didn't realize you could do that on Amazon. What a neat idea.

You really shouldn't use the deep dome light fixture with the Mercury Vapor Bulb. Those bulbs get very hot and you should use a wider bell like 10 or 12", fixture.

Gotcha! I changed it to a dimmable 10in ZooMed dome.

Also for anyone looking at the list, not all of Otis needed. So be sure you figure out your set up first then decide on the lighting, etc you want to use so your not buying all that is listed.
On another note. If you sign on to Amazon smiles.com, it's free and same prices as regular Amazon, except you can pic an organization to have donations sent. On some things you buy through that site, they will make a donation to the place you picked.

I've seen low wattage "Reptile" timers sell for much more than a standard home lamp timer. Funny.
How about the "Reptile" humidity and thermometer gauges? Same crap.

This is why I love Amazon. I think bulbs are mostly better bought in store because shipping seems to shake them up sometimes, and exchanges are easier in store. They're also competitively priced in stores like PetCo.

Flower pots, slate tile, linoleum lining, 75 watt bulbs, fixtures, and timers can be bought in hardware stores but finding the right ones is overwhelming.
