Tortoise vivarium layout ideas

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some new vivarium layout ideas for my tortoise who hasn’t been too well lately. I’m hoping the new space will get him investigating! Any suggestions for how to decorate a large vivarium that will keep him active?

Also follow up question to my previous post: I want to get him an even larger space because he has already outgrown his enclosure. The only thing is, he’s 3 and I live in Ireland, so he may now be ready for a table top yet.

If I was getting a custom made vivarium , how what size should I go for? Yoshi is a Hosrefield tortoise.

An adult Russian needs a minimum of a 4x8 foot. As an adult the humidity can be lower than when it's a hatchling. 30-50% is good.
