Tree with berry-like things

What is this plant and is it safe?





It's behind my fence. It is getting chopped down with all the other junk back there bc we are putting up a new fence. I'm just curious if any if it is worth saving for my torts.

Looks really close to that. I tried looking on the tortoise library, but can't get it to work on my phone. Are the berries or leaves safe? I did a search and saw birds, deer and other wildlife eat the berries.

At my girlfriend's zoo they don't feed out the leaves, but they do the berries. For tortoises, Id leave it be

I have some on the other side of my yard. I was also curious if the plant was safe but decided to build my enclosures on the other side after I read the site above.

Yea I ended up trashing what I've cut off so far. I figured even if it was safe it was probably on a limited basis.
