Hi everyone, had a question about mazuri. I was wondering how much is like 1lb and 2lb ect.. How long would it last? Should I get like 5lbs 25lbs ? Just need an idea how big of a bag I should get. I have 9 tortoises. I wanna add mazuri to the diet, it will be part of the variety in the diet. Can anyone give me guidance? Also where's a ceap place to get it? I have forest species too should I get a certain kind?

Kyle, I just picked up two bags from TORTOISE SUPPLY.( I think that they are two pound bags.) Because it will only make up PART of the diet, it will go a long way. Buy it the way that it is cheapest. Sometimes you'll save money on the bigger bags. It lasts quite a long time and you will eventually use it all. I have Red Footeds. So I got the regular Mazuri. For less protein, like desert tortoises, there is the type "L.S." So, Get the regular kind. I always wet it and mix in vitamins and greens all chopped up very small.
