Hi guys. So, this tree is in my backyard literally directly over my Russian's new-ish pen. Right now it's starting to bloom, and by next month the petals and what not will be literally covering the ground. Anyways, I don't know what it's called (I've only heard "tulip tree", which I have found no info on, especially in regards to tortoises). Does anyone know what it is? Even better, is it edible or even toxic?

It's called a magnolia. There are a few different variations, but info about them applies to all. I have no idea if it's toxic or not, but Google might be your friend if you search for magnolia.
