Umbilical Scar? Malformation? please help me

Hello! Today two tortoise hatched and I noticed some "malformation" in both of its plastron, one is a umbilical scar but the second one has a more severe malformation. I love reptiles but I am new with tortoises, can someone guide me on how I can take care of this? I am worried that he will not survive, I Will wash them and apply neosporin.

There are no reptile veterinary near my city, I live in mexico and the vets here are only for dogs and cats :/ my family has had more hatchlings but not with malformations like this.

~ Not a scar, nice warm soaking to clean it, put one thin coating of neosporin on once it dries and it should simply absorb and the plastron should heal fine. This is normal and typical, it was removed from the egg too soon.

I Will clean it as soon as possible

~ Soak it, do not clean it. All you are doing is helping the dirt, etc. to get off. It should simply absorb within a day or two.
