Unknown bug

Hi, spotted this on Pebble's face earlier today, it is smaller than a pin head and jumps, can't believe i spotted it. I had to use a 20x clip on macro lens to get this picture but could only get the underside.

Does anyone know what it is and if it could cause any harm to her.

Looks like a Globular Springtail. They are harmless to the tortoise as far as I know.
